Larry King to Speak in Sacramento
Source: The California Aggie Emmy award-winning broadcaster Larry King will appear in Sacramento on Saturday night as a guest speaker for the UC Davis Cancer Center’s sixth annual Celebration Gala.
King, the host of CNN’s popular talk show “Larry King Live,” will be the first-ever guest speaker at the annual gala and will speak on various topics, including his own life.
The black-tie affair will also feature a cocktail reception, dinner, dancing and music courtesy of The Cheeseballs.
Sponsored by The Regent Foundation and underwritten by Comcast, the Celebration Gala is an opportunity to celebrate cancer survivors as well as a method to fundraise for the UC Davis Cancer Center.
