CNN Announced 'Young Journalist Award'
Source: Business Line CNN on Wednesday announced the third edition of the "CNN Young Journalist Award."Mallika Kapur, reporter and producer for CNN International, said that this award is open to media persons, between the ages of 22 and 28, from electronic, online and print media, in India and Pakistan.
This year there is a new category - Cameraperson of the year- to recognise the importance of the cameraperson in newsgathering. The last date for submission of entries is October 15.
Entry forms can be obtained either by writing to Turner offices or by logging on to the CNN Web site.
