Where Are They Now
Today we feature a former CNN'er who wore many hats at CNN Center. Darla Miles held several positions with CNN in Atlanta, including freelance weekend anchor for CNN Headline News. Darla, who is fluent in Spanish, also served as a producer for CNN en Español, and was part of the team that launched CNN en Español from six weekday newscasts to a 24-hour network. She has also worked for CNN Radio Noticias. Not sure of the time period in which Miles worked at CNN, though. What's Darla doing now? After leaving CNN Darla made her way to WJBF NewsCHANNEL 6 in Augusta, Georgia where she served as the Aiken Bureau Chief. Today, Darla is at WTVD/ABC 11(serving Raleigh/Durham North Carolina) where she is a general assignment reporter.
